Rosemary salmon Ingredients: fresh salmon fillets fresh rosemary fresh lemon or orange sliced salt and pepper to taste aluminum foil Place two slices of lemon/orange in middle of foil. Place salmon fillet on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Next top Salmon with a sprig of rosemary and place two more lemons/orange slices on top covering salmon. Roll up edges of foil to seal and make into a packet. Place on outdoor grill or in a 350 degree oven and cook for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or untill completely cooked through. Serve with salad or fresh steamed vegetables and rice. Enjoy!
