Christmas Fudge Ingredients: 3 ( 6 oz.) pkgs semi sweet chocolate chips (3 cups) 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 (6 oz.) marshmellow creme 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) In a heavy non-stick sauce-pan melt condensed milk with chocolate chips over low heat. When melted smooth add vanilla, marshmellow cream and nuts and mix untill completely blended. Remove from heat. Spread evenly in a 8 or 9 inch square pan lined with wax paper. Chill 2 hours. Remove from pan and remove wax paper. Cut into squares and serve at room temp. This stores very well in the freezer and can be used as needed.
